guilt is so last season, achieve your New Year's Resolutions
I can’t believe the end of 2016 is so near! I know many people have shared their excitement since this year has certainly been interesting. I know personally this has been a year of incredible growth for me and I have been reflecting this past week on the intention I set for 2016: “Grounded Expanse.”
When I set this intention for 2016, I wanted to truly feel a sense of inner groundedness that I didn’t feel coming into this year. In fact, at the beginning of the year, I decided if I didn’t feel better about my business by the end of the year, I was going to quit.
Fortunately for the grounded expanse I attained this year, I am happy to report that isn’t the case. In the coming weeks I’m going to be revealing some great things we’ve been cooking up this year.
I’m not the best at keeping secrets, but I’m going to do my best! After I dropped the “Not So Skinny” earlier this year, I’ve been really spending the better part of this year getting, as my friend Rebecca Rubin called it, “An MBA in Inspiration,” which is undoubtedly going to be unearthed more in 2017 as we roll out some new, awesome things.
If you follow me on social media, you should have seen I’m doing a #30DaystoICON challenge sharing my experience behind the scenes of our Style Icon Academy relaunch. So stay tuned, we are less than 2 weeks away from the first reveal of the new and improved messaging!
Until then, instead of making New Year’s resolutions, I encourage you to check out my Crystal Cave TV video from this time last year: “My #1 Tip for Truly Achieving Your New Year’s Resolutions”

I just solidified my 2017 intention which is: “Abundant LOVE!”
I really hope to step into abundance in all areas of my life, not only financial, but really trusting the universe has got my back. I am looking forward to also bringing in LOVE as I deepen my relationship with myself, bring love into my everyday life and LOVE where I live (yay LA move in 1 week!). I also want to bring in some romantic love next year (Jesus, that feels scary declaring to thousands of people who receive this, but yes, I’m ready for my man!)
I can’t wait to hear what your intention for 2017 is in the comments below!
